We designed this blend around the espresso extraction experience: a syrupy body that coats the palate, a smooth finish that lingers without bitterness, and a flavor profile anchored in chocolate and caramel with just enough acidity to keep it alive and interesting. The slight acidity isn't a flaw — it's the brightness that stops the cup from feeling flat.
Pull it as a straight double shot and you'll get rich chocolate and caramel with a crema that holds. Add milk and the blend opens up — the sweetness amplifies, the body becomes velvety, and it holds its own against even the most aggressive milk-to-espresso ratios. This is a blend that works as hard as you do.
Roasted to a medium-dark profile that maximizes sweetness development while preserving enough origin character to keep things interesting.
